Cost to replace a hot water boiler type home furnace and add an HVAC System?

I am thinking about buying an older Tudor home and it has an older gas hot water heating system which is about 30 years old and I would like to have it replaced by a similar unit however, the home does not have central air and I would like to know how I can integrate an HVAC system into this home and what would I need to do?
