Oh by the way, the problem is in my home not my vehicle.

Johnny asked:

I have a top floor condo that is 3 years old. Recently there has been annoying and audible vibration noises coming from the hvac units on roof into my unit. This has never happened up until now. I went up to the roof and the units are rattling/vibrating ( not smooth ). They are rattling like some bolts are loose. This is causing vibration and noise to come into my condo. How should I go about getting this fixed ? I have not talked to board but want to know my options if they don’t take action.

NanSea asked:

This is the first time I’ve seen this, the house wasnt cooling and I went outside because roofers were working there with ladders etc right next to the units for a week and that greatly concerned me. The place where the tubing etc goes into the unit was all iced over. I’ve seen that once before on a propane tank that was over filled. I don’t want this to be an opportunity for an a/c repair person to over inflate the problem. so anybody with hvac knowledge, please help.
