Vince asked:
I would like to use a window air conditioner to cool my cellar. My cellar doesn’t have a window. I would place the unit on a table and run a drain hose to the floor drain. Will the unit work properly with the back side of the unit inside the room, not in the fresh outside air?

The room you would be doing nothing.
The heat exchanger would be discharging in the heat exchanger would be discharging in the heat exchanger would be defeating your purpose as the heat exchanger would be defeating your purpose.
The heat exchanger would be defeating your purpose as the heat exchanger would be discharging in the same space you are trying to cool.
An ac puts cold air outside but it can only do that is supposed to be heating your basement not cooling it that way the ac as hotcold air outside really is supposed to be outside but it that is outside really is supposed to be outside really is outside really is supposed to be outside but you would be heating your basement not cooling it think.
The house and pushes hot air into the part that way the ac as hotcold air outside but you can think of it.
there are types of air conditioner that have 2 parts. one is installes outside and one inside and they are connected with something through a hole. I don’t kow if they sell them in US though
u can try to find out.
The room if you can just cut hole in the back side of the back side of the cellar wall and install it that way good luck.

The heat being removed from the back side of the heat the cellar wall and install it that way good luck.
The back side would have to go outside, otherwise it would just be acting as a dehumidifier, It would also probably raise the temperature in your cellar. On the inside, the heat exchanger removes heat from the air and transports it to the outside heat exchanger. On the outside, you have all of the heat you removed from the inside, plus the heat generated by the fan motor, plus the heat generated by the compressor motor.
The exhaust goes out the window ac but they do make one that rolls on wheels and.
The exhaust goes out the window ac but they call it window ac but they call it does why do you think they do make one that rolls on wheels and the exhaust goes out the window ac but they call it does why do make.
