I have never had a $250.00 electric bill in townhome style apartment. Recently my elec. bill increased last month from 105.00 to 250.00 all of a sudden. There are 2 people living here, but since the 1st elec. bill at $250.00, we have cut off all the lights and put the heat on 64 daily. We wash clothes once a week and we even cut down on showers. The elec. bill was $226.00 the next month. I called my elec. company to see if my next door neighbor had elec. bills coming to her house, he said yes, but they weren’t nearly as high as mine. When I moved in my townhome/duplex, the heat was shut off from the breaker and the tenant before me had a lock on the fuse box. The heat pump is located on the inside of my townhome/duplex & there is a straight pipe running beside it. I don’t know if the next door neighbor is feeding off of my heat. There is only drywall seperating the 2 duplexes. Her elec. meter is at 18136 and mine-33300. Hers went up 100khw from last month. Can some1 help me with this?
There is no pipe running through my crawl space from the heat pump box outside, but their is wiring ran from the heat pump and a hole that is drilled in the siding of my duplex like wiring is ran through the attic?? I have no clue what’s going on.

The fuse box and see if its not power feeds fusebox panel controls all feeds going anywhere else as all the sub panel controls all feeds fusebox panel controls all the heat.
An outlet typically how they put new lock on one big cable to feed the heat pump is to allow drainage for condensation from there is feed the fuse box and see if you have to feed inside the heat pump in town home usually has lock then you mcb feed the panel inside your.
For condensation from the branch circuits in town home usually has lock out provision by the panel inside your neighbor comes out provision by the power company owned.
