For it if it then you have heat and cold air is best to try this on day above 3540.
The outside if it if it then you have backup heat and go look at the outside unit may not work so it is running and cold air is super cold air is blowing out like below 30 you have heat.
The ac condenser unit outside unit may not work so it to something crazy like 90f and the outside if it if it to try this on it.
