Heat Pump Energy Usage?

DMV asked:

Can someone help me estimate the hourly operating cost of a
10 SEER heat pump at $.066/kwh? This would be just the heat pump and indoor fan running. I do know the heat pump is 220 volt. The fan probably just runs on 110 volts?
Ok yeah how much it’s going to cost to heat your home is not what I’m asking..obviously that depends on many factors. I just want to know how much it takes to operate the heat pump for one hour at the above electric rate. The heat pump and fan draw the same amount of electricity whether it’s 30 degrees or 50 degrees or whether your house has good windows or no windows at all.
