kell bell asked:

My air conditioner has been set on 60 degrees all day and my house is still 80 degrees.
It was about 97 degrees today, it is a central unit, very old but I am just hoping I don’t have to replace it since it is so costly. Thanks for all of your answers!

An undersized unit or your existing unit is shot.

And what is the temperature outside? Necessary to answer your question. In fact, it is likely that you need to have freon/Puron added to your system as it is running inefficiently.

For the wall and make sure air can get through replace if needed make sure air can get through replace if needed make sure it is not triggering the same time as the thermostat from the compressor to work.
