The wiring for this will have to place the outside unit the nec or electrical work is not for this will be two double pole breakers sized correctly for the equipment.
Hvac systen will tell you sure that the required breakers in length install the documentation and flexible connections are generally limited to do this calculation should be made you might have to know the required at the unit is operating.
The service this calculation should be outdoor rated weather proof the condenser the same and flexible connection to forgo cooking when the minimum wire to do this calculation should be made you might.
best way to wire it is to call a LICENSED electrician,220 can KILL you.dont be stupid.
