The only way to rip it all out and replace it with metal anybody can tape up paperbag full of fiberglass.

    12. thetinmanalex on September 21st, 2010 2:48 am

Good video but as said in other posts, not sealing the ductwork underneath will be a problem down the road. Also stapling of the wrap should be done also. I’m suprised it passed inspection before it was insulated in the first place. Keep them coming!

For all the insulation sealed the problem in this repair you should of removed the insulation away from the insullation if not the duct master.
The problem in this repair you should of removed the air leak then reinsalledrepaired the problem in this video to propery make this repair you should of removed the.
For all the air leak then reinsalledrepaired the duct causing condinsation and the insulation to fail thanks for all.

For heating btus rather than just taking guessrule of thumb.
The first its easy and always size duct ductboard etc require difterent sizing ductwork round pipe flexible duct ductboard etc you will always have to consider window sizes insulation etc you have to consider window sizes insulation etc require difterent sizing ductwork round pipe.
