      The rotation of your blower wheel or fan blade they will work in only one direction.

      For higher rpms to somehow retrofit different motor windings and the amount of motor windings and the rpm youd.

      Yes you can on PSC motors.

      I’d replace the run cap and see what happens with a new one. Make sure that the new run cap is wired correctly.
