For icing poor refrigerant feeding the coil ie duct work dirty coil blower problems and so on poor refrigerant feeding the coil ie low charge bad txv outdoor temp too cold.
My self always say there are reasons for icing poor airflow ie duct work dirty coil blower problems and so on poor airflow ie low charge bad txv outdoor temp too cold.

An excessively dirty air filter bad blower motor or refrigerant undercharge.
The freezing suction line tells me that you probably have either an excessively dirty air filter bad blower motor or refrigerant undercharge.
