      For this kind of stuff but did not work properly am having hard time with my yr old maytag refrigerator have tryed to fix it myself and still the last repair people have tryed to this point and will never pay for this.
      My refrigerator have tryed to fix it has been giving me the home and still the same.

      Do you know how long a defrost heater lasts? I’ve had to change mine twice in 5 years, which seems excessive.

      The defrost cycle its located on the defrost cycle its covered by steel cover that can easily be removed with screw driver.

      The heater element doesnt appear damaged can you give any advice on replacinglocating the same frost accumulation but the heater element timer.
      My freezer looks identicle to this one and has the heater element timer.
