rreym asked:

I want to add an additional intake alongside the existing one for my HVAC. Does this help to get better air flow throughout the house?
I ask this b/c i think my existing return is too small. the return is 12 x 24 and it’s cooling a 1200sq ft home. Does this sound about right?

Not necessarily. Proper duct sizing, material, and location of supply and return optimizes air flow.
