What is a reasonable price for hvac replacement?

I want to replace an old HVAC system with a new package unit. I think I want to have gas for the heat part. I want to know what the price difference between a basic unit and an Energy efficient one? Not including the duct work and extras, just the cost of the units. Also, I am in FL.
