What would make the air conditioner belt in a subara impreza?

What would make the air conditioner belt in a subaru impreza squeak really loud? We have tried changing the compressor and the belts BUT it still makes that sound. My dads mechanic has been working on it and is GM certified. Any ideas on what else to try?

      Did you try the tensioner? That might make the noise.

      The compressor and belts made no difference then the compressor and the alternator if changing the alternator if changing the compressor and the air conditioner compressor and belts made no difference then the tension spring needs to be replaced but would think of that too.
      The tension spring needs to be replaced but would think gm certified mechanic would think of that too.
