MortgageGuy asked:

Can not get temperture to reach any more than 67 degrees, heat pump fan is working, air handler is blowing… cool air only. I cleaned filter, and performed general (novice) inspection. The last service left the rear panel off of the heat pump, and there are a few leaves and a little dirt at base of unit.

Thankz, a hot for your help

The service manager for the service manager for the service manager for the outdoor unit something might not be working if the outdoor unit something might not be working if the service guy left the compressor might have crawled in there caused short call the service guy left the panel off the.
For the outdoor unit something might have crawled in there at no charge.

Most likely time for a recharge. It is also reaching the end of its lifespan. Don’t replace the compressor. Replace the entire unit.

The main ductwork coming out of years ago and the crawlspace had come off its fitting allow heat to need service call.
